When you observe something, immediately **record a video** with your phone. Speak clearly into the video: **"Date, time, location, and a brief description of what you're seeing or doing."** This narration is your report!

Focus & Clarity

Ensure your photos/videos are **well-lit and in focus**. If it's a damaged item, take multiple angles. For cash, make sure the amount is clearly visible.

Instant Upload

As soon as you capture the media, tap the appropriate button above to upload it. **Do not wait!** Real-time uploads ensure accuracy.

Check the Indicator

After tapping an upload button, you’ll see a brief **"Uploading..."** message below. Once it disappears, your data has been sent!
